Origin: A very recent fruit cross between a Flat peach and a Nectarine.
Appearance: The hairless version of the Paraguayan has gone from being a complete unknown to occupying pride of place on consumer’s shopping lists. Its flat shape, smooth skin and taste quality comparable to that of the Paraguayans are its strongest assets.
Taste: Firm flesh, sweet taste with low acidity.
Harvest: End of June to end of July.
