Origin: The Granny Smith is a well loved Australian variety of green apple. The environmental similarities between its place of origin and the Ebro Valley have allowed us to produce a fruit of exceptional quality right here in Extremadura.
Appearance: Bright green apple, with slightly lighter colored lenticels and clean white flesh.
Taste: A crunchy, juicy, sweet apple, with a mildly refreshing acidic taste, the queen of green apples.
Harvest: From September to October.
