Origen: Originally from China but also known as the Armenian Plum the apricot found in the Mediterranean the ideal climate to produce a fruit of the highest quality.
Appearance: Appearance: Oval shaped fruit with a velvety skin. Apricots have an intense orange color and occasionally exhibit a reddish blush. The flesh has an intense orange color.
Taste: A sweet, fragrant fruit with a delicate subtly refreshing flavor. One of nature’s best sources of carotenoids.
Harvest: End of May to the middle of June.
