Yellow flesh Nectarine

Origin: Originating in China before being adopted by the Romans and Greeks, they were brought to the Iberian Peninsula by the Arabs and from there to the New World.

Appearance: An even, red color, characterized by its smooth, shiny skin, a product of the natural waxes found within the fruit itself. Yellow or orange colored flesh speckled with pleasing red tones.

Taste: Firm and crisp flesh, their natural sweetness is tempered by refreshing notes that add complexity.

Harvest: End of april to the middle of August.

White flesh Nectarine.

Origin: Originating in China before being adopted by the Romans and Greeks, they were brought to the Iberian Peninsula by the Arabs and from there to the New World.

Appearance: Intense bright red color with white flesh speckled with tones of red.

Taste: A delicately textured sweet and fragrant fruit with light refreshing notes.

Harvest: From the beginning of May to the middle of August.
